Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. Returns must be postmarked within this 30-day period.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
  • Be a product that is not a final sale item or marked as non-returnable.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Gift cards.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or had their protective seals broken.
  • Items purchased through unauthorized resellers.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label via email.
  3. Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging and affix the provided return label.
  4. Drop off your package at the designated shipping carrier’s location.

Return Shipping Costs
We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns. The cost of the return shipping label will be covered by us. There are no restocking fees for returned items.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 1-2 business days of delivery), we will process your refund.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal account) used for the purchase.
  • Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider’s processing times. This typically takes 7-10 business days after we have processed the refund from our end.
  • You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the completed refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
